GBKey safe and code worked well Once the property was cleaned and made presentable for us....this was 22.00 on the check in day, the facility was basic and just adequate. The photos on the site showed the appartment in its very best light. The host made some rapid arrangements to have the propoerty cleaned once the issue was identified.
The property had NO kerb appeal. The FREE CAR PARKING was infront of the bay window which was accessed by bumping the car up the kerb - it was not lowered by the local authority. The front was a mess with weeds coming up between the bricks and litter and trash strewn around the front area. The was inkeeping with surrounding properties in this location. There is poor communication between Bookings and the host and confusions as messages kept coming to me thanking me for using AirBnB......through the Bookings.com App Who is the "London Escape Team" v the host? The unwelcoming e-messaging: threatening of POLICE if we had a party. Threat of £300 fine if the keys weren't returned to the key safe. But no reminders of what to do at the end of the stay! No welcome information. The location was in the wrong part of Enfield. This was a second choice after the first host CANCELLED without explanation

GBThe flat was very clean and the location easily accessible by public transport. All the facilities were excellent. There were plenty of clean towels and bedding. Parking space was available. Lovely outdoor space with decking at the rear with chairs and table.
I liked everything.
SKThe accommodation was really nice, new and stylish. The kitchen was well equipped, hot water was running all the time, despite we were 5 people. Heating of the house was excellent. The location of the house is 15-20 min.from Brimsdown station, which was quite far, if you travel with kids. The nearest bus stop was 4 min away, but it takes you 1,5h to get to the city centre.
It was hard to open the lockbox for the keys, The button to open it didn't work proprely. It takes 2 people to open it. Shops were around, but they were convinience shops, and they were overpriced.
