Unboring Holiday Let, Ballina, Mayo

A Fabulous little cottage and loads of nice twirky bits throughout the house. The house was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Great location and best of all Nicola was a superb host.

The noisy traffic at night, we live in the countryside so not used to that but we all did manage to get a great 2 night's sleep.

Excellent location, parking outside door, spotless, full range of facilities. Kids just loved the board games.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great. Nicola was so kind she had left basic essentials to have a cup of tea/coffee, bread,milk & crisps were a lovely touch. The house was spotless & the rooms were a nice size. I would totally recommend it to anyone. Lovely back garden too.

The house was beautiful and had a wonderful courtyard that was a welcome sun trap allowing us to have breakfast outside to enjoy the lovely weather we were lucky to get. The contact from the owner was excellent and the lovely welcome pack on arrival was a very welcoming addition. We will definitely return :)

There was nothing we didn't like, a 2nd toilet would have been great but wouldn't deter us from booking again.

As instructed, a code was emailed to myself on the day of check-in. The Key box was very simple to use. The Cottage was absolutely beautiful, clean and a lovely welcome on the fridge with my name on it! There were lovely complimentary goodies "essentials" - bread, milk, butter, TATO crisps and biscuits,.not to mention tea/coffee and coffee pods along with all kitchen/washing facilities - you would not need to buy anything. The furniture and decor were one-off bespoke pieces and you can clearly see a designer had thought carefully about how to make this cottage stand out from the rest! The courtyard to the back was a great addition with vibrant garden furniture and lovely to sit out each morning/South facing with a cuppa and listening to the birds singing. It's a 5 minute walk (down hill) into the Centre of Ballina with car parking right outside the cottage. We were in Ballina for a family reunion from all over the Globe who were staying at hotels/other air BnB's and ours certainly stood out from the rest, so much so, I passed on the details to others who return annually. I would so stay here again...in fact I could live in this Cottage!! I would urge anyone who reads this to book...you will not be disappointed.

Nothing - it's a home from home!

Very cosy and excellent location close to everything.

We are not long back from our trip to Ballina. The property was unreal, really nice and cozy. The location is good, about a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Nicola is a great host, everything has been thought off, from leaving a welcome snack and a welcome sign to books and board games to use. I could not fault this property, it is spotlessly clean and the beds are also very comfy. You won't regret staying here! Thank you again Nicola ☺️
