We stayed here while visiting to watch the Como 1907 vs Fiorentina football game. The apartment is just a 10 min walk from the stadium. Fantastic communication from the hosts. Sent us the codes for entry which was really easy. Kept sending messages while we were there asking how our stay is. The apartment block as a whole is beautiful and in a perfect location. A 5 min walk from Como Lago Station. Less than 1 min walk to McDonalds. There is a smart TV with Netflix etc. Nespresso machine and complimentary pods. Overall a wonderful, clean apartment in a perfect location and we would definitely go back.

Its not a negative but the apartment didn’t have an oven. We went to the supermarket to buy some pizzas and got back to the apartment and couldn’t cook them so threw them away. There is a mocrowave oven, but there were no instructions on how to use the ‘oven/grill’ part. Also the shower head holder was very loose and kept falling down while showering. The sofa bed isn’t the comfiest.

The apartment is great, central location, beautiful building and entrance. Clean and easy to find, really close to shops restaurants and access to all the lake activities.

if you are travelling as a group of single friends as we did and not unreasonably we wanted a bed each. For that reason, we specifically booked accommodation with 3 beds. On arrival we found that the sofa bed had no linen whatsoever. The response from the owners was that we should have informed them we wanted to use the sofa bed, they felt it was fine that beds for three people (1 double / 1 single) were prepared. It seems to me that if someone book’s accommodation with 3 available beds then enough bedding for the number of beds should be provided to allow the guests to decide where and whom they wish to share a bed with.

We loved the location and the apartment was very spacious and had everything that you need. Beautiful building and the decor was also very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!!

The apartment was a little dark and took some time to receive the instructions to access the apartment, other than that everything was good

Perfect location in the heart of Como. Easy walk to ferry terminal and Funicular. Right on the shops, bars and restaurants. Modern renovated apartment, in a beautiful old character building. Host responsive and quick to answer any queries.
