Facts from customer who has used Loughor Annex: You'll get maximum of 3 minutes each under the shower - whilst there's hot water at the sink, the shower runs cold after 6 minutes then you'll have to wait for it to reheat. Unfortunately the owner showed a complete lack of understanding that people want showers lasting more than 3 mins each! Minimal instructions for the heating controls - we couldn't work out what all the symbols mean and the bedroom and bathroom never got as warm as the other room. Caravan-sized bed is only wide enough for one person in comfort - narrower than even a standard double bed. Minimal space alongside the bed means you'll need to walk like a crab to the bathroom (see photo). Beware of injury risks: two large lamps dangle low over the kitchen, so mind your head. The instructions prior to arrival don't tell you that the decking by the door is treacherously slippery when wet - there is a large plant in front of the door, so you'll need to squeeze your luggage between the plant and the edge of the wooden decking surface! Once inside, instructions warn about the decking that you may have just stepped on . . . There is no blind in the bathroom, so you'll need to close the squeaky bathroom door before dawn if you want a dark bedroom.

What a delightful chalet! Spotlessly clean, cozy ando well appointed - I loved staying here ☺️ Helen was so friendly and thoughtful - milk, butter, croissants, jam and homemade Welsh cakes provided - what a lovely touch! I'll be back 👍👍

Homely & comfortable.

It was my girlfriend and I 3rd time staying here we enjoy it that much. We always stay in this apartment when in the area which speaks for itself.

Nothing. Everything is perfect

It was freezing cold , no radiators, no taxi could find location, the owners were very rude and even came to our door threatening and intimating whilt drunk out of their heads. I had to leave immediately as I didn't feel safe and secure. There was no first aid box which I needed and no one came to see if we were OK even though we had tang them in the night to say it was cold and no hot water and we were actually in a shed in the back garden . Appalling horrible experience. Did not enjoy any of it. We had to take the bed into the living room because it was -1 degrees in the bedroom and bathroom.
