Maison Blue - Chic Garden Apartment - Pet Friendly

Our host, Gail, provided a very warm welcome and suggestions for hikes, winery visits, restaurants & cafes which we really appreciated. The apartment was spacious, comfortable & well-appointed with a nice terrace. It overlooks a shipyard & a cruise port, but we weren't affected at all by any noise while we were there. It is located in a quiet area of Ahuriri where there are a variety of waterfront restaurants & shops. Napier is just a few minutes away by car. We enjoyed exploring the area, visiting wineries and hiking the trails at Te Mata Peak.

The appartment is charmingly styled, the garden area is delightful and the host is very welcoming and full of great advice about sightseeing in Napier and Hawkes Bay.

Nicely appointed apartment with spacious outside decked terrace. Very clean. The Hostess was very welcoming and helped us plan an excellent day out using her recommendations on places to visit and sights to see. Lots of chic deco touches - especially in the bedrooms - made the stay memorable. Very relaxing. With a car, close to the centre of Napier (5 mins).

The lack of stove could be limiting for some and one (large) bedroom doubles as a sitting room/TV room area. The layout is a bit quirky.
