GBPeaceful and quirky accommodation. Friendly staff. The little gift of consumables left in the cottage made us feel so welcomed. We were offered a log burner on - so warm and cosy - and sufficient amount of wooden logs were provided as well. There is a wide selectionof dvds and board games in the cottage and we find it very useful.
The only downside is that we've stayed there only one night! We could have booked more nights to enjoy the location and accommodation even more.
GBLocation was beautiful, if you’re looking for somewhere quiet it’s the perfect spot. Hosts are very thoughtful and considerate
Nothing
GBLovely welcoming hosts. Quirky homely cottage, in a peaceful location - just the birdsong & distant sheep. Cosy living room with log burner tho we only used electric heater in evening. Useful having two ground floor bedrooms on the same level as the toilet/bathroom.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like - everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there, and the hosts were responsive when we needed help. A couple more kitchen utensils would be helpful. We purchased a sharp paring knife while we were there & spatula for the frying pan.

GBLovely welcome package and amazing facilities that the kids loved. We had the bonus of a nice garden.
INFriendly and helpful hosts
GBThe owners were really very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location, excellent accommodation. Even gave us a ride to Twywyn to catch the train. Truly lovely people.
GBNo breakfast, a cottage which you provide your own food and drink however there was an unexpected welcome pack on our arrival, most welcome. The website states parking for 2 cars, I rang the host and said we were part of a car club and there would be 3 cars, this was agreed and space was made available👍
The cottage is very clean and comfortable, the chairs in the lounge area are perfect. The TV has lots of available channels, the WiFi is very good, the only downside is the lack of headroom in the upper bedroom, this is only really suitable for smaller children, as the shortest member of our group I opted for this and banged my head several times although I appreciate being an old property there is little that can be done to alter this.
GBLovely spot, lovely places and lovely hosts.
Well. If I had to be picky a more powerful shower would seal this as unbeatable
GBLots of quirky character
At some times of year it could be very hard to heat all the cottage.
