Check in process easy. Deposit rm100 transfer online then owner will share location and key house in whatsapp. Easy to locate the house. Located about 30min from batu pahat town. Got 4 bedroom; 2 with queen+single, 2 with queen. 2 bedrooms with queen+single bed got aircond. Got google tv with strong home fibre internet connection. The house is very clean neatly arranged. Washing machine available for laundry.

Toiletries not complete and not available in all bathrooms (got 3 bathrooms). No hot water available for shower. One most important thing not complete is towel for bathing which the owner only provide 2 towels in such a big house. IMO, a homestay owner should provide towel at least 2 for each bedroom. So, this house with 4 bedrooms should have at least 8 towels provided. The drainage pipe for washing machine got loose connection. The pipe dislodge while the machine drained the water and flood the floor. Hopefully the owner would fix the pipe problem in future

The house is spaces enough for me and 9 others pax of guests to have a comfortable rest during our stay. All the facilities is clean and good. Even the kitchen appliances is well prepared for us to use. The rooms is well equipped and the bed was comfy. Overall, really satisfied with our stay and the services that the host give to assist us from the process of check in until check out. 100% will consider this host again for our next trip.

It's not that I don't like, but just a little recommendations for the host, It's will be much more better experience for the guest if bath towel can be prepared according to the numbers of guest staying instead of just 2 bath towels. And maybe can also add some hooks to hang towel and clothes in the inside of bathrooms.
