Central Cardiff One-Bedroom Apartments with Fast WiFi, Parking & Self Check-In

The location was excellent for sight seeing Cardiff.

The website was slightly misleading.

I enjoyed my 3 day stay here. I felt very cosy and relaxed. Would stay here again if ever in cardiff again

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed ( coffee, tea, sugar, towels even shampoo and shower gel , also there was a hair dryer and iron).

Josh was very helpful and welcoming and made things incredibly easy for me. The apartment itself is located in a great place, just located off of a main road where there is a bus stop minutes away from the city centre where buses are very frequent. There are also several shops and restaurants nearby in case you want to pick up any food or have an evening dinner. Inside the apartment was very clean and organised and also quite spacious for two people. Josh was very welcoming and even provided bedding for a pull-out sofa bed at no additional cost. The kitchen already provided some basic cutlery and pots, pans and plates for evening meals. The kitchen also had a washing machine with a built-in dryer function which was very handy and functions brilliantly for washing and drying clothes. Josh also provided towels for the bathroom which were very soft and clean upon arrival. For anyone that likes to just chill out in the evening, the TV also has Netflix and Amazon prime in case you want to watch any shows before bed. The master bed itself was very comfy and big enough to have two people and felt really nice to sleep on. In terms of heating, the lounge and bathroom have a built-in heater which get warm very quickly and are easy enough to control. The master bedroom does not have an installed heater but instead a small portable plug-in heater which does a brilliant job at heating up the room and is very easy to use. Overall, Josh was very helpful, professional and welcoming. The apartment is great value for money considering what is provided with basic necessities, as well as some quality of life features and where it is located. Only a short bus ride away from the city centre. I would say it is a great stop-off point, especially if you are wanting to stay in Cardiff for a week or so and to visit the sites. I would highly recommend this booking.

Good location close to centre but also easy to access main roads in and out of cardiff. Flat had everything you needed for 2 people Was warm and things were clean and in good working order

Parking was a challenge. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable. The entrance hallway and lobby area were quite scruffy. It’s unfortunate that the area is not the nicest part of cardiff but it felt safe when you were in the building and if you were familiar with cities you would feel at home

Very simple check-in. Communication was fantastic with the host. The flat had everything we needed. Generally the main things were clean and tidy throughout. Bedding was good and bedroom generally clean, the kitchen was clean throughout, and the bathroom was clean as well. The TV is a smart TV and you could log in and watch apps on there if you wanted - remember to log out though as we noticed there were a lot of people that hadn't logged out of their Youtube profiles! The internet was good in the flat as well.

While the flat looks good on the face of it, under the surface the flat is a little tired in places. The bed was a bit wobbly (slats were loose and the central supports were broken), so I'd recommend the bed get replaced. The sofa bed was adequate but nothing more, not very comfortable to sleep on was the feedback from my friend. The flooring by the entrance door was a bit spongey (hinting at water damage over time which is understandable as it's the entry way and it's pretty rainy in Wales). The gate to enter the front courtyard was broken - so security did feel a bit ropey in the courtyard as technically anyone could go into that area and hide/shelter, so getting the gate fixed would be advisable so that you feel a bit safer getting back to the flat at night. The flat was a little musty/humid (only slightly) and you could see areas of mould starting to build up in the decoration around the windows in the bedroom and around the entrance patio doors, so adding some extra ventilation measures would also be advisable.
