"Excellent"

It’s located right next to the Time Out Market, so there were plenty of dining options nearby. There are also many really cute breakfast spots in the area. In the evening, the neighborhood turns into a lively nightlife district, but it’s not disturbing at all — you can’t hear any noise from inside the apartment. The metro and tram are both close by. The city center is only a 15-minute walk away.

Location, very clean, well appointed. Updated. Very comfortable. Elevator.

When I arrived the door codes did not work and I had to wait an hour before someone arrived to help me in. This problem persisted through the weekend until I finally got a key to all the doors and the door code system was repaired. I had to reach out to the property managers several times to facilitate entry. They were responsive. Once the hardware problem was fixed everything was great.

"Lisbon Stay"

Good location easy to get to the buses and metro good food all around. One place I do recommend if wanting a burger is Dallas Burger Club amazing food and Copenhagen Coffee Lab - Cais do Sodré good coffees and sweets. Apartment was great Inside love how each bedroom and living/kitchen had there own A/C controls and how quickly it would cool down. All you need for your stay. definitely recommend to stay here

couple of the nights the upstairs people would be running, banging and walking very hard. it would start between 8pm and 9pm off and on during the night. unfortunately that does happen in apartments buildings.

Nice apartment in lively part of Lisbon, close to bars, nightlife, restaurants and transport. Apartment was decorated in very comfortable and stylish way - beds comfortable, bathroom and extra half bath useful. Easy communication to collect keys and introduce the building. Nice touch to supply useful amenities - coffee pods etc.

Need same number of key fobs for front door as guests - so they can come and go separately.

Great location. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious. Great view, very close to metro station, pink street and everything you need.

The WiFi was not working for us for 3 days of our 4 day stay. It's possible it was a building issue though and not apartment specific, but would've been nice to know.
