Spacious 4 bedroom House in Manukau

Beds were comfortable

There is no washing machine. House is advertised as spacious 4 bedroom house, kids welcome and we arrived with 3 disabled kids and there is no washing machine , yes washing machine wasn't listed but it wasn't clear there wasn't one either, I spent half my holiday hand washing kids clothes, it was a hassle and burden and we all ran out of clean clothes. Neighours would party loudly Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday nights on their deck right next to bedrooms, I'd be awake at 2.30am/4am listening to them fighting and partying alot. They would have cars and vans turn up blasting their subwoofers vibrating house , Also you have a microwave but no microwave safe bowls to use it , 1 old frypan 2 little pots which made cooking for a family of 5 extremely hard, we were there 10 nights and I couldnt wash towels , this is 5th house we have now hired off booking.com , this was one of the more expensive houses we have hired and didn't match up to other houses we have rented previously which was disappointing, house had no personality,. Very blank very plan. Also neighbourhood was rough, street is ok but head a street or 2 away there smashed up condemned houses , lots of homeless around begging of money

It was clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and the place is in a really good location. It has supermarkets and other shops really close including a Superette that is open 24/7.

I just think it could do with a few more cooking utensils including a roasting dish, that would be nice. The only other thing is it was a bit noisy with banging from the factory across the street on one of the nights.

This home was absolutely comfortable...the children actually slept in the lounge...it was spotless clean, had all anyone could ask for the price was great...very very nice...we actually slept in and only had a few minutes before we had to leave..I definitely recommend this home..thanks so much..

There was nothing not too like, it suited us perfectly. Clean, comfy, quiet location.. No problems at all.

No hot water and no spare quilt

Clean & tidy. Was perfect for what we needed. Great communication, leading up to and during stay. Will absolutely book again in the future if staying in Manurewa. Thank you

Couldn't find booklet with wifi password. Had to call host

Easy to checkin and out. Didn't realize breakfast was provided. Was good to have our own bedrooms. Lots of room in the lounge and kitchen. Good to have the extra toilet. The heat pump and heaters were welcoming for the cold mornings and evenings.

The bed and the pillows for me were way too firm, so didn't sleep very well. Ended up buying me a soft pillow to use. As there were four adults, in their 60s, we needed to sit at a table and chairs in the dining room to have our meals but there were none, only two bench chairs, that were too small for adults. The oven wasn't clean. Also needed some serving bowls and dishes and a ironing board. A washing machine would have been very handy, even if it was a paid machine would have been appreciated.
