What an amazing location! It must have one of the best views in all of Cappadocia. Our room had a retractable roof blind so we could look at the stars whilst we lay in bed and in the morning see balloons flying overhead. The view from the balcony is simply stunning and one I will never forget. If you want to watch the balloons at sunrise and there can't be anywhere better. The breakfast was an enormous, delicious Turkish spread served in the garden. The staff arranged a balloon flight for us at a great price and were always extremely helpful. You can see Uchisar Castle from the balcony and its only a 5 minute walk away along with many nearby restaurants and bars.

The spa tub in our room had a minor leak and the panel was loose but its such a minor thing and did not detract at all from our stay.

This is by far the best hotel experience we had in years. From the moment we stepped in the hotel to the moment we left, it was nothing but wonderful. Can't wait to go back next year and stay again at this hotel but longer that time.

The property is beautiful! The staff are kind, thoughtful, and go out of their way to take care of their guests. This was by far the best treatment my husband and I have ever received from any form of accommodation, and we travel internationally with regularity. The hotel itself is gorgeous, there are tiny thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Our room was romantic, well air conditioned, and had a spectacular view of the balloons in the morning. These hosts care and take pride in their hotel, it shows in every thoughtful touch. Breakfast was incredible, they gifted us fresh fruit from the garden, and we were given bottles of water every time we left to adventure. Stay here!

Having spent nights in 5 star hotels for work, I have experienced exceptional service. However the staff, hotel and location made this the best stay I have had so far. This trip was solely to propose to my long term girlfriend and experience a romantic getaway. I hadn’t realised how wonderful this hotel was going to be……..I genuinely believe the photos do not do it justice. This hotel was a hidden gem where each room and the garden felt like an escape to a fairytale land not too dissimilar to a Disney cinema piece. A garden full of roses with an overview of the canyon where the balloons take off every morning. Tailored made breakfast set to when you want it and where you want it, it created an atmosphere of both opulence and a genuine care from the staff. The staff were by far the most amazing we have met. And we were always greeted with a smile which felt genuine. We were greeted by name by Gulten and Ali every morning and serviced by Abdullah while Mukteram ( our AMAZING chef) cooked our breakfast how we liked it and also greeted us every morning as she served us breakfast. They made it a family feel and without them the magical experience of the proposal would not be anywhere near what it was. After finding out I had proposed on a balloon they set up a rose scene breakfast and rose petals for our bedroom as a surprise of which I had not planned. They genuinely care about creating a magical experience, examples include the a pinboard with every wedding invite and card for all the couples that have stayed there in the main reception area. A rose garden with a view of Uchisar castle and the canyon overlooking Göreme. Two fantastic pools. Please do make sure you try their assortment of home made jams which they serve for breakfast. Lastly I wanted to thank Opo ( the owner) who came out to wish us farewell while congratulating us on our engagement. Thank you to Gulten, Ali, Abdullah and Mukteram and apologies to anyone who I have missed out.

This is an unbelievably beautiful location and we were upgraded to a panoramic room. Great views from the room. Ever so friendly staff with exceptional service . The breakfast was like a feast although it was predominantly cheese olives and bread with a huge selection of jams and dips. Can’t rate this hotel enough. fantastic stay. Worth every penny. The plus is you are near Uchisar Castle the only negative is the town is very quiet with not much activity, but we chose two nights in Uchisar and two nights in Göreme. So best of both worlds.

The Wi-Fi disconnected very quickly so had to keep logging in. Other than this nothing negative to say.
