Laluna Hotel And Resort, Chiang Rai

I am expat been living in Thailand for a decade. I came here during low season was nice and quiet everywhere even the night market. This resort is best value for money compare to many hotel I have stayed. It is very beautiful pool and amazing garden. The room is very nice clean modern room and soft bed very comfortable. The breakfast is great with western and Thai. It is more than plenty and chef cook good omelette and scramble egg. When you check in they require deposit for 500.- Baht. This is very common in Thailand. You get full refund after check out. I do not understand why some people complaint about 😆. I would highly recommend Laluna hotel and resort to anyone without hesitation.

Leaving 500 baht deposit for the liberty of having a door entry pass to enter my room, first time in my life I’ve been asked to do this, the list on the back of the room door of fines you can incur in the room, I’m on holiday not in prison, if you don’t like guests in your hotel find a different business to be in, no wonder it’s empty!!

L'hôtel est particulièrement beau, c'est luxuriant, des plantes toutes aussi belles les unes que les autres, les petites maisonnettes/chambres sont très grandes, hyper propre 👌 Les cocktails du bar sont excellents, en plus il y a des réductions pendant le happy hours! La distance du centre ville est parfaite. Il y a 15 min de marche... Le night market est génial, avec des chanteurs, les thailandais qui dansent, qui nous initient... Je recommande vivement !!!

The slippers had been worn by other guests. Reception staff were ok, breakfast was fine but not a lot of fruit it didn't seem like they put fresh options out.

Det var virkeligt skønt at gå hen til de små bungalows igennem en meget velholdt jungle-oplevelse. Rene og gode reelle værelser og meget tæt på det centrale i byen. Jeg må sige deres cocktails og aftensmad var noget jeg godt kunne have brugt lidt mere tid på. Det var exceptionelt - tror det var nogle af de mest spændende cocktails jeg har set længe. Vi kunne godt være blevet et par dage længere. God seng.

Vi slukkede aircon da den blæser hen over sengen, noget jeg ikke sætter pris på. Det er alt for koldt.

Les chambres sont propres. Le wifi est vraiment nul...se déconnecte toutes les 10 mn....

Le personnel n'est pas souriant... Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas bon...

Beautiful setting, lovely pool.

Although tea and coffee provided in the room did not realise rationed to 2 tea bags a day. Requested some more tea bags to be told this but on this occasion would arrange for someone to bring 2 more to the room. When did arrive brought some coffee not tea!!! Felt as though the staff were a bit down just going through the motions. Not sure if this was because maybe under occupancy but no real atmosphere which is a shame as previously stated the hotel and grounds are stunning.

The pool and the vegetation were awesome !!!
