The absolute tranquility of the place .The staff were so lovely in every way helpful,kind very chilled at the same time .This is a wonderful place to go slightly off the beaten track but perfect ,a little paradise .

We were charged an extra 600IDR a night for our children, even though we booked a family room, they advised it happens all the time as booking.com takes the ages of the children off on a system glitch, we asked why they hadn’t messaged us to tell us this before confirming our booking and taking our money. No answer to this, we ended up paying for 3 nights but staying for 2 to cover the extra for our children. This really needs to be fixed it was very upsetting for our children and stressful for us. There we a lot better location and properties we could have stayed in for 600 extra a night, but we couldn’t cancel as they already approved and took the money. Location not great either. Bed linen was old and slightly smelly like it hadn’t been washed properly. The rooms are very hot air conditioning not the best. The pools were nice, we didn’t have breakfast as for 4 of us it would be 380IDR everywhere else is at least 1/2 that or included! The chap running it was nice and tried to sort things out but said they have these problems all the time. They really do need to sort this out, beware if staying with children.

The property was very clean and well furnished. The Balinese staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Harry.

Very poor value for money compared to other properties in Bali. I didn’t sleep well due to the noise in the area and street dogs barking all night right outside the bungalow. There is no safe and I had problems with the door lock, feeling unsafe as a solo traveller. The manager seemed unprofessional, vaping while speaking to guests. I overheard him speaking to another guest in an agressive way which made me feel uncomfortable. Bike or car needed as it’s quite a long walk to the closest shop.

The property was very sweet and felt quite humble. The kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower. The cabins were small for a family but comfortable.

The manager was really rude and wouldn’t accept any mistakes made on his part and only passed blame to me. I agree I had made an error online, but had chased it up prior to booking in and they had answers my question saying all was fine……which it was not!!! He was arrogant, inhospitable and I didn’t feel like a guest there I felt like a fool and it was awkward. I took my kids out for most the day rather than enjoy the venue as to avoid him. He also just kept smoking when I was talking to him about our issue which showed me he had no respect. It should be run by Balinese as they know how to handle situations in a hospitable way. It’s your job!

We just needed to get away from the hustle and bustle. I was with my partner and our daughter (6) and my mum. We booked two of the rooms/houses. Everyone was so lovely, even with lack of English the team were just so good. We even booked an extra night. Upstairs is considerably hotter than downstairs but my daughter loved her little space. We had the whole place practically to ourselves. The pool was the best! Thank you so much! 🙏💛 (Whiskey was our daughter's favourite, they gave us food to feed him in the mornings and he chilled in the room with us 🐈)

The showerhead was a bit broken. There were no nice beaches closeby and some walking for a good restaurant
