"A great cosy base to explore the local area."

Great location, clean and well equipped. Owner very quick to respond to queries & messages & had left beds made up, tea, coffee, milk & snacks for us.

A little dated. Haven 'Play Pass' would have been an additional £30 per person, to allow access to swimming pool & evening entertainment.

"Exceptional"

Perfectly located for us visiting RSPB Bempton Cliffs. We've stayed in this caravan before so to return again speaks volumes. The whole caravan site is impeccably clean.

Property was very exceptionally clean when we arrived. The sweets / snacks / juice that were left went down a treat with the kids & it was a very nice welcoming touch. Caravan had everything we needed for our stay & it was very cosy. Great communication with owner from booking. Would highly recommend!

The site was lovely nice walks around and good location with good amenities on site, location was central for the coast.

The price of the passes for the site so expensive for a few days being able just buy a day pass would help

The van was very welcoming with the table set and a basket full of goodies and bottled water in the fridge. It was clean and there was everything you needed.

"Caravaning thornwick bay"

The swimming pool and the life gaurd there saved my granddaughter which I was very grateful for.
