modern, chic, clean, spacious and 15 mins walk to historic centre. superb. a great cafe next door.

more hooks needed in walk in wardrobe to hang coat hangers and clothes - would also be useful to have hooks on back of bathroom door for hanging towels. a tad noisy outside.
