Le lieu

Quiproquo entre l’accueil et la réception. La restauration nous demande de régler la note du petit déjeuner alors que nous avons pris la formule avec petit-déjeuner compris, mais l’accueil n’a pas signalé la restauration. Ce qui est assez désagréable au moment de nous lever pour partir.

On a pris avec petit déjeuner compris mais à la caisse du restaurant, on nous a dit que ce n’est compris dans le prix parce qu’il y a un désaccord entre la réception et la caisse du restaurant.
