Exceptionally clean and tidy. Extremely hot weather and delighted to find a mobile ac unit!
TV in kitchen wasn't tuned to terrestrial tv but, to be fair, the bedroom one was.

Very narrow stairs to access, and it didn’t help with a bike parked at the bottom. Could do with a good clean

Property hadn’t been cleaned properly. Items including an earring and dirty shaver in the shower. Opened food left in fridge. No fan in room. Tv in living room didn’t work. WiFi was poor. No cold water in shower - landed up burning myself. Mosquitoes in bedroom was attacked by several times. Property is in converted house with other long term residents. Communal areas dirty. No fire call notice, no fire extinguisher or fire blanket in apartment- which are a legal required. If no refund provided will be getting order to court for compensation as well has refund

Very comfortable stay in a lovely appartment. Very nice kitchen with everything that you 8 need. Good location within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets

Great location for our needs (which were not in central Cardiff). A functional, clean and well-maintained property, with all the amenities we required.
The hot water in the shower was almost too hot to use, and the temperature adjustment control on the shower unit would barely turn. Suggest lowering the water temperature at the boiler, or getting a plumber to fix shower adjustment unit.
