Cosy 1 Bedroom Apartment In Cardiff

The location was very convenient, we were attending a local festival and was very easy to get to. We liked that the hosts had a list of things to do and places to see. The apartment looked nice and was newly renovated (the blue plastic was still on the kitchen extractor fan).

It unfortunately wasn't 'cosy'. The flat was extremely cold and was very difficult to heat up with the 2 electric heaters and none in the bathroom, making the shower a fairly unpleasant experience. The bed was very uncomfortable, my husband sleeps like a log anywhere but really struggled in that bed. There was nowhere to hang clothes or towels in any of the rooms which made things quite difficult for us. It could have been cleaner, there were a few hairs in the bed and a dirty mark on one of the pillows. Also quite dusty everywhere but overall, not awful. I'd also recommend black out curtains as a lot of light comes into the bedroom.

It was good value for the money and the location was good.

The Wi-Fi stopped working from 10pm and it was a bit annoying as we wasn’t able to watch nothing the whole night so we used our IPAD. The next door neighbour was really really loud all night, kept moving up and down and it felt like the roof was going to come down because of how hard & fast they was walking.
