Limpersberg - Amazing and cozy flat

Close to the bud station

Great location, close to the old town and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the host was attentive.

The only issue was that we arrived 45mins before check-in and the property hadn’t been cleaned yet. However, the host was very proactive and promptly contacted the cleaning company for us - we just had to go exploring for a few hours.

Nicely set up apartment. And while not expensively done, it is tastefully done. Small but with a very good use of space. Comfy mattress and great shower. Location is good. It is also very soundproof. Good windows and shutters. Appreciated the candles and matches and the breakfast and coffee supplies.

The apartment could do with some light maintenance. The curtains above the bed need re- hanging. The blind above the small window is missing which means you have to close the shutter to get dressed and undressed. The cupboard/wardrobe doesn`t close or unclose. The rack in the bathroom is crooked. Two bathroom towels are provided but not a hand towel or dish towel in sight. I would have liked a hand towel in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. Plus a kitchen towel. And a second wine glass. There was NO parking anywhere. Normally the open lot at the Glacis would have done the job but it was closed for most of the month for a fair. We would have appreciated a heads up and then we would have left the car out of the city and used public transport. As it was we wasted an insane amount of time because of it. I believe this fair comes every year? It was extremely hot weather and while we did not expect air conditioning a fan would have been very welcome. The apartment is on the second floor and very stuffy. We bought a fan in the Fnac for €20 but sorry to any future stayers - we took it home with us! I think for roughly an afternoon`s work and about €100 this could be a 10 out of 10 apartment.

The flat was in a great location. Within walking distance of the town centre. There was an amazing funfair at the end of the road. Great host, friendly, helpful and great communication.

Not the hosts fault but there was a building site at the end of the street, they started extremely early and were pretty noisy. No oven, just a microwave.

Host was very helpful when we had a query. Kitchen was well equipped. Good location close to transport and local amenities.

Host could update his information page to show the kitchen has a microwave and toaster. The information pack should have been more visible on arrival

The apartment location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere. The apartment has everything to make the stay great, I loved all the little details.

Very central, close to transport. Tramline only 2 minutes walk. Big carpark which i think is free is just the bottom of the road. Resto and shops just round the corner. Japanese/Chinese resto is on another corner where u can order take away or dine in. Some Landmarks are walking distance or few stops away. This studio flat is ideally located to transport which is free excluding taxi. Buses , Trams is only 2 minutes walk. The studio flat is clean, kitchen is well provided of what you need. Comfortable bed and comfortable for 2 occupants or couple. Road is reasonably clean. Not sure about how safe to walk at night cos we always come home no later than 9:00pm. I will CERTAINLY recommend this accommodation, it's nice, comfortable, accessible, very central to what you want to see and need like grocery. LUXEMBOURG IS ONLY A SMALL COUNTRY. You can see the tourists attractions in a day or two.

It would be nice if the host can provide the basic starter when occupants arrived. We didnt find any sugar at all. There were coffee pods but no tea or pods of uht milk. The host is not bound to do this but only a suggestion, its a great help for the new occupants and it's greatly appreciated. Would be nice if there's tea towel to dry dishes . a hand towel is provided but no scouring pad except brush. Needs another dish cloth to wipe up and clean the kitchen. I like to leave the place as i find it, whenever i can.
