I did some bugs in my bathroom

It was quiet and the close by pool was great! The staff was very nice and helpful. We did a late check in and it worked out perfectly. Spacious place. Enough for what we needed.

Everything inside looks just so outdated and run down. It is probably 20+ years old. The place was clean on first looks but a thorough cleaning is definitely needed. I found a lot of dust behind beds and on outlets. The dishwasher was a disaster. It didn't clean the dishes at all, so that we ended up handwashing everything, which is a pain when you cook most of the meals for 7 people. The coffee machine was dirty when we arrived. We found a dead cockroach and later a live one, and it was BIG! That's a no no! The outside was full of huge roaches at night time, especially on the back patio. Maybe something should be done about that! We couldn't really use the back patio because it was full of spiderwebs and spiders and just not a pleasant place to hang out. Needs to be cleaned as does the front of the house. The trash cans are filthy and, ok, it is a trash can, but I wanted to wear gloves just to open it and throw my trash away. Air conditioning worked great for the downstairs, but the upstairs not so much. It felt more like "glamping" after all.

Roaches in kitchen, pots and pans were dirty. Told office about the roaches and they already knew and still put us in that unit. Fridge leaked water down onto our food. Place was not cleaned very well.

The place was spacious and had quite a few amenities. I l loved the full kitchen

It wasn't as clean as it could have been. The furniture is a tad dated and the description said they're were 3 sofa beds when in fact there was one and two twin sized beds which caused me to purchase air mattresses. They shouldn't misled people that way

The unit was dated. Light on back deck was out. Lvg rm furniture was uncomfortable.
