The property is well situated, hosts good activities and is comfortable.

The staff! Didn’t like the staff especially the ones in the concierge. We were made to wait for 1.5 hours to be picked from our room for lunch.

The activities were fabulous and a lot to do. Food was amazing. Stay was great. Staff were great.

If you advertise for a fitness centre at your property you should have more than 2 cardio machines and a few dumbbells. The basic equipment which constitutes a fitness centre was missing. I was refused a hard copy of the invoice upon check out. I was then assured an email would be sent of the invoice on the same day. I have not received the invoice yet. I still await a response from the property on this regard.
