3 Bedroom Apartment La Casa Marcina

Nowy apartament, czysto i pięknie. Byliśmy w 5 dorosłych facetów, miejsca wystarczająco. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Blisko bardzo fajny sklep z dobrym zaopatrzeniem.

Große Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und 3 Schlafzimmern. Das findet man mit dieser Ausstattung fast nie. Alles neuwertig.Für uns war es perfekt

Optisch wirkt das Appartment auf den ersten Blick sehr einladend. Bei genauerem Hinsehen, stellt man jedoch fest, dass es um keine hochwertigen Möbel handelt. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr hübsch.

Es war offensichtlich, dass das Bad vor unserem Eintreffen noch genutzt worden ist. Die Dusche war noch nass und ein gebrauchtes Duschhandtuch sowie ein Duschschwamm hingen ebenfalls dort. Die Küche war sehr schlecht geputzt. Vor lauter Putzmittel war sie sehr schlierig. Die Betten quietschen sobald man sich nur umdreht.

Alles - super Wohnung, alles da. Wenn es was zu bemängeln gibt dann nur der fehlende Spülmaschinen Tab.

Wenn überhaupt was zu bemängeln ist, dann die Lage im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug. Aber das ist kein Mangel, da dies auch in der Beschreibung stand.

Our host was great. After a little mix up with the booking he did everything possible to sort things out. The accommodation was clean and spacious with everything you would need. Excellent value for money compared to other similar accommodation.

Not the greatest location as it was in the middle of an area where there was lots of construction work, which was, to be fair like most of the rest of Zadar. As we were out all day visiting the area it didn't spoil anything.

Bardzo przestronny apartament, faktycznie z widokiem na morze (choć jest do niego spory kawałek). Wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który czekał na nas by przekazać nam klucze. Okolica nowych apartamentowców (część w budowie, choć nie doskwierały nam żadne hałasy). Miejsce parkingowe w podcieniu (ważne latem).
