Couch was very bad and dirty

The view n the location of the place within cape town

Communication with management is poor.

Location, the view and the fully equipped kitchen ( including washing machine). Hosts were welcoming and very helpful.

It didn't really affect the experience but the apartment could benefit from a little tlc - cracked floor tiles, cupboard doors with peeling laminate etc

Amazing view from the living area. Weekly cleaning for long stays. Lots of pots and appliances to cook (only thing missing is a cork screw). Area was quiet at night.

Some elements would need repair or replacement (seams undone on parts of the couch, wood from the kitchen cupboard damaged, lock on the main door very loose). Internet was often very slow or cutting off.

Close to the V&A waterfront. Easy parking.

We booked a four night stay and left after day one. It was FILTHY. We kept our shoes on the entire time because the floor looked like it had never been mopped. The apartment complex as a whole was pretty gross. The only perk of this place is its location - which if you are a foreigner will not feel safe at all.

Please add some utensils like a wooden spoons
