Great location, fantastic air con!!

È stato magnifico la mia esperienza fin dall'inizio! Dal primo momento che la mia riserva è stata ricevuta da loro, Subito sono stata contattata tramite WhatsApp con molta cordialità, gentilezza e educazione (cosa rara nei giorni attuali), Per chiedermi miei dati e la mia documentazione di identità, e una volta fornito tutto, me l'anno girato un testo spiegando con molto dettagli come e cosa fare, e lo seguita attentamente e nessun problema ho avuto. Quando apro l'appartamento, mi viene subito la sensazione di "accoglienza", di "Pace e tranquillità" che io avevo bisogno. Molto bello e molto curato. Hai tutto nuova, anche gli utensili sono nuovi e curati, nulla di distrutto e vecchio, anzi.... La parte più bella per me, è la Zona! Molto servita, con la Piazza Vittorio proprio a 2 passe.... STATO DAVVERO UNA MAGNIFICA ESPERIENZA PER ME E SICURAMENTE CI TORNERÒ.

L'unica dettaglio che mi l'hai fatto dare mio voto a 8, È stato l'odore forte della doccia che viene proprio dall'oscarico della in doccia. E la pulizia aveva bisogno di più attenzioni, e infatti Lo rifiata io, per bene come piace a me , E tutto questo, vi ho comunicato con molta gentilezza a loro amministratori.... Ma ripeto: Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Light on stairs does not stay on long enough and as there are no windows to light the area, my wife fell and fractured her ankle. This is still a problem. Generally grubby and tired. Shower area was unclean Mirror light not even wired up and too far away from sink. Dirty broken tiles around the side of sink which is also too far back from the edge. Welcome pack is a toilet roll, a sponge and washing up liquid. One small bottle of water was left in the kitchen and no other basics or cleaning items. Tap was very loose. Curtains in bedroom are too small and lights outside are on all night. One of the pillows had blood stains on the cover.

Very clean comfortable good shower space. Was very good

Very good instructions for check in,check out. The perfect lication,right in the old town center,with eveything you need to see close by. Excellent heating,the house was warm throughout day or night. Very good recycling waste system.

The apartment had certain lacks,compared to the price.The flush in the bathroom didn work,we managed to fix it temporarily but then again the very next day it started keaking and not working properly.Then the toiletries....Simply not enough for a two-night stay..One toilet paper roll( we had to ask for a second one), and two 10ml shampoo shower gels,which would do if it were for a single night. No paper napkins in the kitxhen and no dish cloths either for drying dishes and glasses

The shower was like a fire hydrant, - there was no way to turn the water pressure down. The toilet was very slow to fill up with water. 2 tiny bottles of soap, not enough for 2 people for 2 nights.The pillows were very uncomfortable (only one pillow per person). The apartment smelt very stuffy and of cigarette. Not impressed that guests are expected to take out the garbage when they leave. Could hear the people above.
