"Too Noisy from the outside higway"

our room is facing the highway, it was extremely noisy with heavy traffics. we hardly catch any sleep. Sink is leaking, toilet is broken.Staff is helpful, but cannot solve any of the issue. At least give guests ear plugs to block out some noice. Or seal the window of room 301.
