Location and the host was fantastic

Just a little small

We didn’t get there! Our host cancelled our stay and instead offered us a tiny room which was up stairs! I have a disability and specifically asked for a place on ground floor or with a lift.

IT WAS CANCELLED by our host. WE HAVE NOT YET BEEN COMPENSATED. Our alternative accommodation was not appropriate. It was too small and unsuitable for my disability.

Perfect host and perfect place. The only disadvantage the noise from the street being ground floor and in the city centre!! It would help much if blackout curtains installed to block light and noise

Heel vol en druk ingericht. Mijn man heeft veel last van stof gehad op zijn luchtwegen .we leven heel erg strak en dit kan ik me voorstellen is perfect voor jonge mensen. Heel veel geluidsoverlast.veel verkeer dat graag zijn tuter gebruikt .

1. Convenient location within walking distance to City Hall Light Rail. 2. Good and responsive communication with the host. 3. All basic necessities provided — kitchen, bathroom, bed, and Wi-Fi. 4. Welcome beverages condiments & fruits. 5. Was nice to have water bottles provided

1. Poor ventilation — there’s a moldy smell every time you enter the apartment. 2. The air-conditioner needs servicing; it only works at 24–25°C, and lowering the temperature causes the pipe to leak. 3. The only window faces a busy road, so you must choose between fresh air or constant noise. 4. The room layout does not match the photos shown on Booking.com. 5. No washing machine.
