location is great. is it walking distance to shops, restaurants, and town square.

The room had no windows. The lobby has an over powering perfume smell. I was put in a room a few doors from the lobby. My 3 month old baby and I are allergic to perfumes. I had no windows to air it out. I had a headache and the baby was sneezing. Parking is not guaranteed. The restaurant was closed for an event. I asked to be moved to a room with a window and away from the perfume or allowed to cancel without a fee. They tried to upsell me and told me I'd have to pay to change rooms. Booking.com contacted the property to assist. This was suppose to be an upscale hotel. Not as advertised. Poor customer service.

La ubicación estaba muy bien hotel céntrico

No tenía áreas comunes climatizada, no cuentan con baños en el lobby, la habitación no la limpiaron al check-in, tuvimos que hablar a la recepción para que trapearan el piso... no ayudan con el equipaje...

Atención del personal, ubicación, e instalaciones.

Que esta pegado al restaurante y se escucha la música, las paredes trasmite el ruido es muy incomodo el aire acondicionado le falta mantenimiento. Las paredes trsnsmiten el ruido se escuchaba la voz de los ottos huéspedes.

Excelente ubicación, camas cómodas.

El cuarto se siente muy encerrado ya que no hay ventanas , el baño no tiene ventilación ni cancel por lo que te bañas y se moja todo el baño,no hay lugar para poner el jabón , siento que el baño está mal planeado. La zona de piscina está muy bien solo que había clavos sueltos en los alrededores , lo cuál es muy peligroso considerando que andas descalzo.

Toallas rotas, al llegar el baño sucio y olia a orines, las sabanas duras parecen plastico, decepcionante en muchos aspectos, la nevera hace un ruido insoportable toda la noche. Las habitaciones son sin ventana, oscuras, si tienes claustrofobia no lo recomiendo. Es decepcionante la habitación conforme a las fotos que se ofrecen
