Night time noise from outside - revving motor bikes and cars and very loud conversations and shouting intermitently til gone 2 in the morning!!!!!

Mały, kameralny hotelik w starej zabudowie. Za to pokój duży jak również łazienka. Czysto, codzienny serwis sprzątający. Personel miły i przyjazny. Możliwość wykupienia śniadania. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, minuta na główny plac. W pobliżu mnóstwo restauracji.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! I booked this hotel as it was great value for money and central for a one night stay. I want to call out the exceptional customer service. My flight was delayed by more than 3 hours due to a faulty plane so I was going to arrive very late at night, well past their check-in window. The communication with the hotel was excellent throughout. They made clear and detailed arrangements for me to be able to access the hotel and pick up my room key if I arrived after the check-in desk was closed, which made the whole situation feel much less stressful for me. Once I arrived the night porter was assiduous in making sure I felt safe venturing out for food late at night, and that I knew how to get back in. Also offered me an umbrella! As a lone woman traveler I was made to feel very safe and secure. Would absolutely stay here again! Otherwise, bed very comfortable, room clean and had everything I needed, breakfast on a pleasant terrace, hotel in the area I wanted to be, excellent value for money.

Not a complaint: The room was quite small, but this was very clearly advertised at the time of booking, so I was expecting it, and I feel it was reflected in the price. The room decor is old-fashioned. I really liked it, thought it was pretty and found the room very comfortable, but I appreciate it might not appeal to someone looking for a more modern, sleek feel.
