"lovely and cozy - would stay here again!"

super cozy, loved the views and the fireplace. kitchen was well equipped.

could smell marijuana and cigarette smoke in the bedroom from the neighbors at times

"Comfortable and convenient"

Very convenient to everything. Everything is a 5 minute walk away.

I was dubious about the pull out mattress but it was comfortable. Just wish I knew extra pillows were in the bedroom closet as there was only one in the box.

"EXCELLENT BRECK STAY!!!"

We loved everything about the property! It was so nice and conveniently located to everything! Everything we needed was on site. LOVED having the bonus extra bathroom with the washer and dryer! Plenty of extras to make the stay even more comfortable! We found the bed comfortable and always bring our own pillows. Great parking and very easy to get in and out of!

Not really a negative, but just good to know.... the deck of the property backs up to a restaurant that has a DJ on Saturday night (not sure about Friday). The music is quite loud until it is cut off at 10pm per Breckenridge ordinance. Luckily the bedroom is on the front side of the property and helps with the sound and there is a sound machine in the closet. It helped knowing that the DJ had to be done by 10pm, as well and that they wouldn't be playing all night.
