The additional cleaning service or other extra services are available on request. OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE: Spain Law's obliges and requires that all adults over 17 years old have to be registered. To formalize the reservation, you must bring the official identity documents of all the adults who are staying in the villa. This process must be done before the entrance closes to be able to access the accommodations. PROHIBIT 🚫 to smoke in the apartment and common areas SECURITY 🔓 Make sure the main door is always closed. HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure that ALL is off when you are not in the apartment. Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment. Ta🙏 Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it. On the day of departure please leave the apartment in good condition. Near each apartment you will find garbage containers. PROHIBITED 🚫 to accommodate people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, molesting other guests, loud music. ❌- No return of keys or lost keys has a cost that will be charged from the deposit of 60€ for each game of keys. Noncompliance with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion. If you have any doubts, let us know! As specified in the conditions of your reservation, you must make a deposit to protect us from any damage. Through a secure online service, we never request your bank details over the phone. The deposit amount is not charged or blocked, it is a pre-authorization.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
