Vnitřní posezení není vhodné pro 4 osoby, které by chtěli sedět spolu a z venkovní terasy nas v 22:45 vyhazoval zřejmě místní soused, že mu spí dítě a on jde ráno do práce. Takže i když jsme hráli karty nebo kostky a mluvili tak to vadilo. To sem ještě nikde nezažil. Postele trochu jezdi a nejsou peřiny jen povlaky, takže když sem chtěl deku tak vyšla jen pro ženu.

The apartment is advertised as a two-bedroom property; however, one of the bedrooms is internal and does not have an external window or natural ventilation. This important detail was not disclosed in the listing. From the moment of arrival, the air quality in the internal bedroom felt heavy and poorly ventilated. Without an external window, it is difficult to properly air out the space, especially overnight. This significantly affected the suitability of the accommodation for our stay. Proper ventilation and functional sleeping arrangements were important for our needs, and the internal layout made it challenging to use the apartment as expected for three adults. When we raised the concern, the host confirmed there were no alternative accommodations available and suggested moving a single bed into the living room as a solution. However, this does not replace the functionality of a properly ventilated second bedroom. In addition, only one key was initially provided for three guests. When we requested a second key directly from the host, we were informed that there was no second key available. A second key was delivered only after the issue was escalated to Booking.com. Booking.com attempted to mediate the situation. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property regarding the complaint, no further response was received from the host after checkout, and the main issue remained unresolved. The apartment was otherwise as shown in the photos, and cleanliness was acceptable. However, transparency regarding the internal windowless bedroom is essential. Future guests should be clearly informed that one bedroom does not have an external window so they can make an informed decision before booking. Undisclosed windowless bedroom and lack of response from the host after checkout significantly affected the overall experience.

The apartment itself was excellent — clean, fully equipped, comfortable, and a great base for exploring the area. The host and service were absolutely flawless.

Unfortunately, the stay was seriously disturbed by an extremely aggressive and arrogant neighbor who constantly monitored our movements, provoked confrontations, and repeatedly threatened to call the police for no reason. When the police were actually called, they openly admitted they have ongoing problems with this individual and even suggested filing a complaint. His behavior suggests a clear inability to manage his emotions and appears to be driven by resentment toward the apartment owners for being able to rent the property and earn money from it. This intrusive and hostile conduct significantly affects the comfort of staying in an otherwise great place. Recommended only for extremely quiet couples or retirees — anyone living a normal life may feel harassed. This is clearly not just our opinion, as many previous reviews point to the same issue.

Alloggio molto carino e accogliente, bello il terrazzo e la piscina.

Sconsiglio di venire a gruppi di amici, la convivenza con i vicini è stata complicata: ogni sera allo scoccare delle 22:00 il vicino veniva subito a lamentarsi anche per rumori minimi, dicendo che doveva riposare per il bambino e che si sarebbe dovuto svegliare presto l'indomani. Il suo atteggiamento rigido ha reso quasi difficile godersi la vacanza, ci ha tolto quei bei momenti serali che ognuno apprezzerebbe in queste circostanze. Inoltre, la biancheria disponibile non aveva un odore di pulito e mancavano delle federe dei cuscini. Non ho nemmeno chiesto all’host perché alla fine mi sono arrangiato, ma si tratta di un requisito davvero basilare e la sua assenza non dovrebbe passare inosservata in una struttura ricettiva.

Bazén bol veľmi pekný,voda príjemná,terasa pred apartmánom, postele boli pohodlné. Check in a check out bez problémov. Práčka ale bohužiaľ žiadny prací prostriedok.

Depozit na opravy apartmánu ak by sme niečo poškodili.Apartmán vykazoval ale už predtým nedostatky, okno sa nedalo zavrieť,ošuchane steny, dvere na jednej izbe,kde neboli ani okná sa nedali zavrieť.
