Great breakfast Good location Staff, accommodating and pleasant. Professional

Room with double bed didn’t have any sockets near the bed, needed for medical device Didn’t expect the long walk to the room Room on first floor, no lift With the exception of breakfast, which was lovely, food in the restaurant was not great Tomato soup was loaded with chilli. Had fish and chips, the fish was grey and tasteless

A good selection of hot breakfasts. Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Towels in room were very soft and mattress was comfy. Ample parking. Superb location on golf course. Pizzas very good with loaded toppings. Hairdryer was basic but worked well. Air con in room quiet.

Pillows a tad too hard. Why do you put cushions on the bed when there is no place to put them but on the floor? Didnt like the generic hair and body wash, although I did see some small bottles on the cleaning trolley none were in our room. Our card key didn’t work on day two and had to get a new one from reception. Could have a few more vegetarian options on the menu and some cheeses at breakfast.

The location was good for what we needed, and the surrounding area was good.

It was very dated, and could do with a spruce up. However, for a quick stop over for travelling, etc. It was fine. We had one of the small lodges round the back, and it was small. Again, for a quick stay, fine.

confused to lack of information regarding £50 deposit as my manager booked my accommodation. no USB/charging sockets near the head of the bed to charge.
