Stayed for two nights and really liked the place. Super clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Self check-in was easy, no hassle at all. Overall, just a really solid stay! I’d definitely book again.

The only downside was that there’s no lift, which made carrying luggage up a bit of a hassle. Just something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags. Still, I’d stay here again!

The apartment was clean, the appliances worked well and the heating was powerful for cold days. From this location we could walk to the Museum of Making in about 15 minutes, and to the far side of Markeaton Park in 30. Parking was convenient and easy to use. The staff were able to accomodate our requests, and were pleasant to work with. Compared to other places we have stayed in Derby, this is a great find. It wasn't always clear how to get in touch with staff when we needed something. The best approach seemed to be sending an email, compared to phoning the numbers they provided or using the Booking.com app. Someone always responded to us, but it was often on the next day after we first tried to make contact.

The property was very nice and comfortable, ideal space for a family of four. Close enough to walk into Derby Centre.

Very loud banging, dragging of furniture and people shouting at 12-2am. It was quite disturbing during the night. I guess you can't control the people staying, but the people staying above us had no respect for other people trying to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, well-heated, spacious, and perfectly located. The host exceeded expectations in making sure everything was comfortable. My family and I loved our time here and would definitely stay with them again, especially if they’re available in other towns.

Excellent location in the city centre but also a nice serene atmosphere with the brook at the rear of the building. Good amenities with en-suite shower and a main bathroom. Well maintained and clean.
