The building is poor with vandalism in the lift, a strange smell on the floor, and next door had a broken in door.

Space, location, kitchen, parking all excellent.

Certain utensils in the kitchen would have been useful but it wasn’t a big problem. The sofa and bed weren’t super comfortable but all the pluses outweighed any negatives.
