D'Pristine Medini, Iskandar Puteri Johor Bahru Walk to Legoland & Gleneagles

Location is good , the room we stay has a nice view and very close to legoland. but it would be nice if there’s an entrance infront , facing to the mall of medini.

The smelly pipes. Also i suggest to provide a big size iron board , a proper toilet carpet and replace all remote control batteries including tv and aircon.

The location was good and easy to find foods.

1) The quilt, pillowcases and comforter was so smelly ISTG. 2) Aircond in master bedroom was not function! I was complaint to the host but no action since i’ll check out next day. But at least, please say sorry to your guest instead of putting blame cause of late informed. We didn’t stayed in the house 48hours without going out. You should service the aircond before the guest checked in. We paid to get the best stayed, comfortable and having good rest after tiring all day. 3) Toilet’s lock also not functions. 4) No swimming pool for kids.

Location wise is great. It's literally in front of Lego Land. They have shop lots all around the area as well. For the price and location, it was not too bad.

I have some complaints regarding the place which I have also informed the owner. 1. Overall cleanliness - very bad. It seems like the house was not cleaned after being used by the previous tenant. There are used towels still hanging in the closet, and used socks as well. The ceilings were covered in dust and floor felt sticky. 2. Bedroom - closet smelled bad in the 2nd room. The beds had a weird scent to it like it hasn't been washed. The comforter smelled bad too, it was so uncomfortable to sleep in. 3. Iron and iron board - they provide iron but it is a very small iron. I understand that it might be a travel one but it was an inconvenience when we were rushing and had to work with the small iron. The iron board is a small one as well. 4. Lack of power sockets - this might not be a major thing but it was definitely something we noticed. There were no power sockets in the 2nd room. In the kitchen there's two sockets we used that to iron our cloths (on the kitchen countertop which is inconvenient). There are two sockets in the master bedroom, one next to the bed and one in the wardrobe which is where they initially put the iron board but that socket was falling apart so we didn't dare to even use it. 5. Toilet - both toilets had an unpleasant smell to it which we're not sure what the source was. Given its potential, we really hope the owner can provide better service. Of course we are paying for what we paid but at the very least, make sure the place is clean for your next guest.

The location is within walking distance to Medini Mall and Legoland, making it ideal for those on a budget who prefer not to stay at the Legoland Hotel. The unit is clean, comfortable, and collecting the property keys upon arrival is easy.

On our first night, all the lights in the unit went out, and it took 5-6 hours for them to come back on. Upon check-in, the unit wasn’t ready, and we had to wait another half hour. The building itself feels only partially completed, with some areas appearing unfinished.
