Le falta cafetera, microondas y un poco más de mantenimiento

La cocina muy sucia, no funcionaba la nevera ni la tostadora. Y no había cafetera ni microondas como si dicen en el anuncio.

This is a very spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and a big living room. 3 bedrooms have ac unit, 1 bedroom has a ceiling ventilator. The living room also has an ac unit. We were a family of 4 and really enjoyed each room for himself. Location is good, it takes about 15 minutes by uber to get to most important madrid attractions. The apartment has an elevator and you can park directly in front of the building entrance to load/unload your baggage. In the area of 10 minute walking distance there are several restaurants and grocery shops available. The apartment was clean and all the available utilities in the bedrooms and bathrooms were very good.

The communication with the host left us unhappy and worried on several topics. It was very difficult to obtain parking instructions and only after like 5th time we asked we managed to get a reply concerning the topic. We managed to get parking in a nearby NH hotel for ~65€ for 4 days, it was 20 minutes walking distance to the apartment so it was a good solution. The check-in window was also quite difficult and stressful to organise. The apartment kitchen is quite low on inventory, but it is sufficient for basic needs. However, keep in mind that the price for the location and the size of the apartment is all considered good value for money

Very big and spacious, rooms were very comfortable

The fridge stopped working and after getting in contact with person responsible we were told someone would come and fix it. Nobody came. Plus the kitchen had a lot of ants. Location is ok, about 30/40min to most tourist attractions.
