Crossways - a modern two bedroom village apartment close to cheltenham

The location was perfect!

- The Floor was Dirty and sticky - Cups were dirty - Main bed sheets had dirty marks and mouldy marks - Toilet kept coming away from the wall - WiFi never worked, so no tv, internet or phone signal - Shower looked dirty - Single beds were solid and very uncomfortable - The Welcome package we received had all out of date products

Very comfortable and easy location to visit the family. Had most everything that was needed

Some light bulbs didn’t work in the bedroom , the frying pan was too scratched to use and should be replaced. The hot water was not on and took a while to work out how it worked.

Very well equipped. Clean. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds.

The shower rail that holds the shower head was broken and the boiler turned itself off - it was easy to turn on again, but irritating to have to get out of the shower to switch the hot water on at the boiler multiple times!

It in heart of the village next to shop and right beside lazy goose cafe and short walk to the pub 🍻 which is great for families and pets 🐶

Homely vibes. Clean and spacious. Excellent customer support. Will definitely go back.Highly recommended.

dusty underneath the beds. no bed linen, just duvet and pillow for the sofa bed. lounge would be improved with blinds/curtains which block light as otherwise doesn't really get dark for sofa bed user. relatively minor points - would book again.

Some issues with bedsheets
