very spaciuos, cool A/C, fast internet, clean bathroom and bedroom, good location if you want to go to imago mall (right beneath it)

one of the room had broken knob, not very fucntional. other than that the overall experient was excellent! and worth the money.

Top location. Comfortable apt.

Kichen utensils need upgrading. For a deluxe apt, need proper maintenance, loose shower doors hinges, check ensuite toilets leakage, 1 toilet slow to fill up after flush, touch up scratches and peeling paints, tbroken floor tiles....would greatly enhance the appeal..

Spacious, clean and a lot of kitchen cupboards. Private lifts, better security.

No water dispenser. Corridor lights not working. Have to grope along corridor to the shared bathroom esp for those in the bedroom without attached bathroom.. Only 1 miserable kitchen towel. No extra towels in kitchen to wipe hands or to wipe counter top. A little extra thought in providing tea and coffee condiments, will give that extra homely comfort and go a long way. I think there should also be shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom besides the liquid bath soap. Paying that price for a luxury Condo that is not well equipped wth the above mentioned items is quite a disappointment or else it would be a perfect place to stay. Don't stinge on the corridor lights as well.
