Contemporary 2 bedroom Apartment - Birmingham City Centre - Digbeth Bullring

The apartment was really clean and the two double beds were really comfortable

The apartment is not ready for 5 adult guests!! The sofa is not a sofa bed, there were no sheets or towels for the 5th guest. You should not book this apartment if you are not than 4 and you all want to sleep comfortably

Booking in was a nightmare the host was rude. We didn’t get full access until 5 and should have had access at 3…due to the host saying we had to do a video call showing our face and ID. Which at no point does it show this on booking.com or on any emails we have had from them once the booking was confirmed. There is no site parking that’s an outright lie. One side of the road is blocked off due to building work and the other part is full of cars and rubbish/dog shit all over the place. We managed to find a space 10 minutes walk down the road but still a bad area with rubbish all over the place..not great when you then have to carry bags/cases back to your car with random people following you around…there’s a few permit holders spaces but not in safe places and when our friends arrived they parked in one to dropped bags off quickly and within minutes of walking away someone went to steal their car…The apartment was clean which is the only good thing. There was marks on a lot of walls dirt on the rug in the lounge. Damage to doors and mouldy cases on bed pillows…insufficient cutlery for 4 people we had 2 forks and 3 knives…there were plastic ones in the cupboard but they were dirty hardly any glasses not chipped or damaged. We were given 2 thin old towels…no good for 4 people so had to go and buy some…for what we paid it’s a disgrace. WIFI does not work at all. Sofa had massive holes in it…Take no notice of what’s included as that all rubbish a half empty shower/shampoo bottom means nothing and was cheap crap considering we paid nearly £400.
