Didn't have breakfast just an overnight stay.nuce comfy bed.

Alot of noise outside people in and out constantly

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. Felt unsafe as a mother and child, it was filthy, room stank of smoke, no facilities, bathroom was disgusting, no parking, permit only. Didn’t even venture into the kitchen but the whole building stank. Never again will I stay here. I stayed out late to avoid going back there. Old and dated scruffy rooms, terrible pillows.

if it wasnt for the bedsheets and pillows stinking of some african person who had used it before me it would have been ok

the bed sheets and pillows stank of b,o had stains on bedsheets it had been used but not changed or washed!!! put me off couldnt sleep.. the towel that was provided was a small hand towel and was ripped 🤦‍♂️ the bathroom had a wet towel on the floor from the moment i checked in till the next morning i checked out

Everything We didn't stay in the place because of how dirty it looked. The bathroom was a nightmare.

At the beginning, before I checked in, I was contacted and given details about checking in. Communication was good at this point.

1. The room I was given was a smoking chamber as the smell of cigarette smoke filled the room. Opening the window throughout the night did not help. 2. The room was a risk hazard as the smoke detector was wrapped around with a transparent material probably because smokers used the room. This will make the smoke detector ineffective. 3. Only one toilet was working (ground floor toilet). The toilet on my floor was unusable.

Excellent location, next to TESCO and to the railway station . Clean location. Room is big, bed is comfortable. Shared kitchen with what you need.. Washing machine at disposal. Staff is very amiable and helpful.

A little cold. Room needs a little care (furniture is old and scratched). No TV. in the room. Self cleaning/ self housing during stay.
