We arrived and there wasn't actually any parking as it makes it sound in the ad it's on the street and it's a VERY busy street. After a long day around London it was horrific to be greated by a single bed when we had booked a double for 2 guests. On calling the host he offered for someone to move out a double room and we could go in there with no regard for hygiene. I promptly declined and after negotiation it was agreed I would make the best of a bad situation and use the room for our one night stay. The host agreed to a partial refund seeing as I recieved half of what I had paid for. This was 3 weeks ago and now the host is ignoring me and no refund has been recieved. Would not bother with this place at all. The one double room we did get was absolutely filthy. The dressing table was covered in tea stains, the walls had u identified stains but the bedding was clean on inspection thankfully. People say you get what you pay for but this wasn't even worth the low price we paid. I'm not usually a particular person a bed is a bed to me but this was a terrible service from start to end.. save you're money!

The communication was very poor , was told free parking , only after 7pm , No tv , No tea coffee fertility in room , was advertised dole use of WC but after a while realised some one else used it as they left toilet seat up, a man was banging on front door shouting through letterbox to be let in , he even banged on the window on the room I was staying in as my room was downstairs,

Its around 10 min walk from station and landlord or agent whoever attended ,response was quick.

The bed was not comfortable and it was a hot night so there must be a atleast small fan in room
