Das Bad ist nicht in der Wohnung, man muss über den Flur. Das war aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Wohnungstür ist teilweise aus Glas, nachts sehr hell wenn im Hausflur Licht an ist. Mit geöffnetem Fenster zu laut zum schlafen.

Gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe, tolle Küche, bequemes Wohnzimmer.

Die Wohnung ist laut. Man hört Straßenlärm. Jeder LKW, der auf der Straße vorbei fährt, führt zu Erschütterungen im ganzen Haus. So ist kein guter Schlaf möglich. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, wirkt verfallen und marode. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und hat nur schräge kleine Fenster. So gibt es keinen Ausblick und es ist dunkel.
