Guest House Memo at the center of kutaisi

Location is central but the house is dirty and in poor condition.

My worst experience ever. Everything was old and dirty. The room is a little bit bigger than bed inside. Shower stinks and the host told us to "leave the light inside indefinitely so the ventilation works (very loud) and it stinks less." Wifi is bad, neighbours are loud. Door lock is not working properly.

The rooms were cleaned properly before our arrival, the beds, although not the most spacious, were comfortable and the location was exceptional, right at the heart of the center of Kutaisi. The hostess was amazing, as she didn't have us wait for even a minute at our arrival (which was at 03:30 a.m.) and responded to every request/question we had within minutes. Everyday she would leave fresh towels and other amenities in the common room which was a really nice touch. Amazing value for money!

As previously mentioned, the double beds weren't spacious at all and the individual rooms weren't the most spacious either. The rooms were also very humid and we had to leave the bathroom aeration on at all times, otherwise you could smell the dampness. Finally, the rooms weren't soundproof at all, which didn't bother us but is still worth mentioning.

Great location and communication with a host who let us leave our luggage for the entire day after check out, very clean and comfortable

The area was very convenient (only a few minutes away from Colchis fountain) while the neighbourhood was quiet. The hosts were very polite, helpful and they replied instantly. The place was clean with a cosy bed.

We arrived late at night and the host was there to welcome us, showed us around and made sure everything was clear — communication was smooth from the start. The location is excellent: a barber shop right in the same building, a wine cellar just across the road, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The accommodation itself doesn’t offer dining, but that’s no issue at all given the surroundings. The value for money during our stay was very good. Would recommend.
