the place itself is really good, nice, clean, newly renovated.

What I really dont understand, and I dont understand the policy of Booking, is to let a host write a price of 30 EUR with capital letters and under that in small letters 32 EUR taxes and charges. If somebody is inattentive or has weak eyesight, like myself, they will be tricked into booking a place double the price. I double checked later, there were 4,5 apartments at the same price in the same city, either having 0 extra charges, or having 1-5 EUR, instead of 32. I mean the place is great, but I travel on budget and would never have given 64 EUR for an apartment that I could get for 30 and the problem is that this is allowed at all on Booking. Why not just write the full price, with all the extra charges and let the people decide based on that, not manipulating them like this.

The location is great, center is close,you can go on foot, Aqua Park is close, 5 min by car and Julius mall is 5 min by walk. The host was great too. I will recommend this place to all my friends! 5*

Staying at Cozy Central CHR was exceptional. This apartment has all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the heating was excellent so it made our stay during Christmas cold days very pleasant and warm. The location is excellent, you can go for a walk to the center as well and there is always a free parking spot near the building. We would come back again for sure.

It is a nice, clean, renovated apartment in an old building. It is nicely furnished and has everything you might need for a short or even a longer stay. The location is quite good, very close to Iulius Town and a short walk to the old town center.

First of all, we've been using booking.com for stays for quite a long time now and this is the first time we've come across a manager/owner who's been rude and unprofessional. The sole reason we picked this apartment over many others was the fact that it offered special extras: early check in, late check out and a complimentary bottle of wine. The most important of the three for us was the late check out since we booked the apartment for one night on New Year's Eve. However, when asked about this, after the payment became non-refundable, we were told that we could not get the late check out because it was very busy for New Year's and they only had one cleaning team. We feel that it's something one should know in advance and not make such an offer. When asked about the other two offers we got the answer that we can get the early check in and a bottle of wine "if it's that important to us". No, the wine wasn't important but the late check out was. Second of all, when we arrived it was freezing cold in the apartment since the heating was turned off. After a series of messages on how to turn it up, we were the ones who realized that the heating system was turned off and the instructions we were getting were useless. To the message we sent that it was actually off, we got the answer "turn it on then". Rude!

It was cozy, and very clean. Kitchen was equipped with almost every appliances. The apartment is near unity square, and we could park our car in front of the neighborhood buildings.

We didn't have anything like that 🙂

Everything was nice, the space, the silence, the bed and the utilities.
