Cozy and Spacious With a view and parking

The unit was big and clean. Host is easy to talk to.

If there is a senior citizen, please note that the unit is located on the 3rd floor and may be difficult to access for them. Water in the shower is not strong.

Ok naman yung rooms. Di ko inexpect na malaki din Good for Family and Group of friend tahimik ung lugar. Sa mga di maselan ok naman po siya overall. Well recommended.

For Commuters, Yung daan lang papunta mejo malayo, pero ok naman ang daan. May accessible naman na pwede sakyan paglabas.

The property is quite near to Antipolo city and well situated to get into Manilla. The property is clean, absolutely zero insects. The caretaker is very friendly and attentive. (Get his personal number if you stay here)

This property is on the third floor (this is not listed) if you have a lot of heavy luggage and a toddler like we did, it is an absolute chore. Whilst here, all of my family (and even some guests) developed a very bad cough. Doctor said this is due to dust, perhaps from unclean aircon units. Can’t say for certain. The toilet and water pressure was just lost halfway through our stay. It came back towards the end. Upon research, there are similarly priced units in this subdivision that offer better amenities and are more modern in decor. Shop around first. Despite this review, it isn’t a bad place to stay.

The owner is accommodating and the unit is clean. I would like to suggest that it should be SOP for the owner to re-inspect the unit during guest check out in order to avoid misundertanding about the damages in the property.
