The space and comfort of a house with lovely kitchen and laundry facilities. Bus stops nearby. Host gave lots of helpful hints d was responsive to our queries.

Having some instructions to manage the air conditioning would be helpful as we have different systems in NZ. I was surprised at the communication re putting out rubbish et c as there was a cleaning fee charged. I have never been asked to do this before, and would always leave accommodation tidy.

Quirky decorated house, it's like staying at a relative's. Good location, easy to get public transport into the city. Comfy bed. Great host who can give you advice on travel and places to visit.

The location was nice. It was a decently quiet area and just for each person to have their own room was very nice.

The cleaning was really good for the rooms and bathroom. The kitchen refrigerator wasn't too clean. It looked as if it was just a wipe'-down. I feel a good walk-through every so many months would be good. Reason stating , things that were accessible, such as the teas, we expired in 2022. But other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay, and we were able to rest and relax at the end of a busy day. I recommend this home..
