flat owner Teresa is very warm and nice person. Appartement is in the heart of the Alicante. We have rented the car and that was the mistake. Everything what we needed was around us. Paid for parking 16 e/day in vain. That was the only mistake.

everything was excellent. no complains at all. There is a terasse on one side, and also balcony looking at the square.

Location was exceptional. Minutes from restaurants, marina and main shops.

The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in an ideal central location. Teresa, the host, was exceptionally warm, helpful and genuinely caring. Her kindness and attention to guests truly stand out.

Nothing - everything exceeded my expectations. Both, my friend and I felt completely at ease throughout our stay.

Excellent location between the Old Town and the city centre. Friendly host who was a pleasure to deal with. Within walking distance of a huge range of restaurants and bars.

Great stay at Teresa’s apartment. She was a wonderful host. The apartment is in prime position for restaurants and bars but has a quiet feel to it also. Would recommend.
