It was in a good location, 5 minutes from the main road and Bintang supermarket. It was very clean and quiet. Easy to get a GRAB to take you anywhere.

Before we arrived the host would not answer any of our calls. The Villa is not even called Iris but is named Red Lotus so we couldn't find it. We wasted half an hour driving around, and we were very lucky our driver was helpful. He asked lots of locals were the place was and no one knew of it. Eventually when we were about to give up, a villa emloyee from the red lotus asked my name and we realised that was OUR VILLA !!!! IT WAS VERY STRESSFUL.

Nothing! this property owner is a complete scammer. Property have several different names and is NON-REFUNDABLE for a reason. Dont get caught out , Booking.com may not help you retrieve a refund either

CAUTION! DONT BOOK this property unless you have money to burn! Iris luxury villa's goes under 4 different names and was impossible to find and the name of villa is actually Kubu Ramah Villa. The location address is not even listed correctly and you need to call the number listed, but they rarely answer. The property is nothing like the photos, more like a 2 star rather than 4, is in a very dodgy part of town. And extremely difficult to access with the really narrow meandering laneways. There is no one there apart from the Butler from 9-4pm. You will be lucky to have running water or power turned on by the property. The doors don’t lock either. STREESSING ABSOLUTE CAUTION!!!! You will not get your money back no matter how bad conditions are or photo evidence. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY they have burnt so many visitors in arriving and the any website they are on such as booking.com will not be able to force the property to refund your money. We lost 4 nights booked at approx. $1000 AUD . And did not stay a single night. This property is a nightmare. Hope you don’t get caught in this scam too.

We were excited to be staying in the area, and size of property were good.

Gentleman vague that let us in, I think because we were only 1 night he didn’t seem very interested in our stay. That we had to wait for someone to come fix the water at 10.30pm, none flowing at all, help didn’t arrive in a reasonable time. All noted and documented to booking.com Full refund given by booking.com, but still no communication back from the property.

There was not much to like, the whole experience was horrible and will never book this villa again

We left early because we didn't get the room we booked, and we lost our money as they refused to refund us after they confirmed they would. I don't usually leave feedback, but I feel I need to warn future customers so it doesn't ruin your stay like it did ours. We booked a 3 bedroom villa for 3 nights, and didn’t get the villa we booked because the sink was broken and they gave us an "upgrade". It was far from an upgrade. It was old, it didn't look anything like the pictures, there was a musty smell, the toilet was dirty, there were no towels, no drinking water and it's hard to find and the owner left us waiting for about 30 mins, even after I contacted them before our arrival that we would be arriving around 11pm. Once the owner arrived, they didn't acknowledge us at all, and when we followed them into the villa, we knew why. The villa was not cleaned from the previous occupants. The villa was a mess. Bags of rubbish, dirty dishes in sink, beds not made, and toilet was disgusting. They proceeded to make the beds and got very angry when we told them that we would like the sheets to be changed. It took them 2 hours to make the room so didn't get to bed until 2am, after a long flight, we weren't happy. We had to contact them for breakfast, which never arrived. We agreed the night before with the owner that we would check out the next morning, and they agreed to a full refund, so we found another place. They have now decided we won't be getting a refund, and bookings.com won't help us get our money back. We are really annoyed so please be aware!

The staff were friendly and accomodating! The 2br Villa is spacious and clean too. We will be back when visiting Seminyak again.
