The bathroom is dirty with an old hair from someone who stayed before. The wash clothes are dirty .

Dirty . Blood on window. Coffee still in coffee pot. dirty rugs. Bed was so uncomfortable 😫 the only reason this place has good review is because they let friends stay there. They take your money right away so you can't get anything back if stuff happens. No maid service. You do all your laundry like towels or you don't get clean ones.

Everything! It was a great location within walking distance to the beach & fishing docks. It was beautifully decorated, and it had every convenience for an out-of-state traveler. The property manager was prompt with responses to any questions I had and were accommodating with special schedule arrangements. There is a laundry facility, beach carts, easy coded entry door access where you do not have to worry about carrying around or losing house keys, a separate screened in private porch, books, DVDs, Roku remote/cable TV, personal parking, beach towels, beach chairs, BBQs, plenty of patio & porch furniture in the main courtyard area, and so much more. I can not do the garden area justice in writing with how charming it was. It felt like a tropical Melrose place or the enchanting interior court yard area of the apartment/condo at the end of the movie, "A Lot Like Love," where Ashton Kutcher sings his Bon Jovi song. It had cozy touches on the inside & outside. The whole ambiance of the place, inside & oustide, was enchanting. Inside, you felt like you were staying in a place featured in a country living/beach home magazine or a Hallmark movie, professionally decorated by an interior designer, but with actual function & purpose. It was absolutely adorable & I'd even describe it as a "magical" feel every time you walked through the courtyard to go back to your room. I think there were 8 to 10 condo units. Outside was a beautifully lit, peaceful & quiet courtyard garden area in the middle of the property that words do not do it justice. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The beach was not crowded with silky white sand and aqua blue waters with family-friendly fishing piers. I was also in walking distance to the historic town main street with twinkle lights lit up palm trees, quaint shops & great restaurants with live bands. You can hear the live music from your porch at night.
