The Staff . The Italian Restaurant was not bad. The gardens.

Everything. Very very very old property that needs renovation. I had to ask the hotel to come and clean the dirty balcony. The AC was leaking in the bathroom. There was no service at The pool area. The pool bar was closed. The hotel smelled the mold. The bathrooms by the pool were always dirty. I used the Spa, the treatments were nice but the public area such as the steam room, bathrooms was dirty with hair everywhere. Very disappointing

A huge property with our room facing the Indian ocean. We could hear the soothing sound of waves from our balcony. Breakfast spread was wonderful with a choice for any palate. All the staff were very courteous and helpful

Had a glitch in the bathroom where water got flooded with no drain due to a faulty hose tap. This got fixed quickly once we informed the property management.

The location, the friendly staff, the breakfast and the view of the sea attached to the resort and the green front garden close to the beach. Fantastic!

All the news channels were down, and I couldn't hear the news clearly on the television. The telephones in the room were also muffled, making it difficult to hear the person I was calling. Orders to Room service was expensive, and the Italian restaurant didn't live up to our expectations; the food needed improvement. Aside from that, everything was fine.

We were upgraded to a room with balcony ang seaview. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean.
